Valuing Time in the Workplace

As we all know, time is something that we can never get back once it passes. Unlike tangible items that you can always replace or get back if you lose it, there is no such thing as going back in time for a do over.

So I don't know why some people choose to be irresponsible and not be aware of time.

There's this girl I work with, let's call her Mary, who I think happens to be under the impression that time is irrelevant.

Mary is a supervisor, just like me. Today, the day after Easter, is a workday. Instead of showing up for work on time, Mary decided that having a good time with her side chick is more important than showing for work on time.

If your agent, who was with you on the same out of town trip, can make it to work on time, what's keeping you from doing the same thing? I mean come on, saying that you missed the boat back to the city when your agent was able to make it? Stupid. Stupid, entitled, self-serving idiot!

Gaaah. I'm so annoyed right now.
