Poser Kid is Back

Poser Boy is back. 

There's this guy who hangs out at Starbucks who's always studying (I use the term very loosely). He's that guy who occupies a table good for six people. He has his bag on one of the chairs, his books in front of him, his phone beside his laptop, his laptop beside his books, coffee and food everywhere else. 

Poser Boy would be reading while listening to music and browsing the internet on his laptop. Don't get me wrong, I see nothing wrong in multitasking. In this day and age where people need to be doing two or three things at once just to get by is normal. I personally have to be watching a movie when I'm doing work related tasks. That's just me. 

Poser Boy though is a different animal altogether. He'd always be looking around and trying to catch your eye, like he wants you to be impressed that he's studying inside a coffee shop. He always has this look on his face that says, "Notice me! Notice me!" He's one of those people who goes stays in busy places to be seen.
